2. Hosting and domain

The site is served via Vercel (EU region — Paris); database and storage on Supabase (EU — Frankfurt). Domain: aventurator.com. The former domain lastminute-adventure.com still serves the same platform (existing links and printed QR codes) and is operated by the same owner.

3. Purpose

Aventurator connects Lanzarote-based tourism operators and restaurants with end users for last-minute bookings of leisure, gastronomy, nature and adventure activities.

For operational and liability purposes, Aventurator acts solely as a technological intermediary and is not a tour operator, nor a travel agency organizing or retailing package travel within the meaning of Spanish RDL 1/2007 or Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Full responsibility for the delivery, safety, insurance and compliance of each activity lies with the publishing operator.

4. Terms of use

Using the Site implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Unlawful use, malicious scraping and reverse engineering are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, code, the "Aventurator" trademark, logo and the "MarkyT" character) belongs to the owner or licensed third parties. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited. Activity images are provided by operators, who warrant ownership.

6. Disclaimer of liability

Aventurator is not liable for:

• The actual delivery of booked activities (operator's responsibility).
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure.
• Errors in operator-submitted content.
• Weather-related cancellations of outdoor or sea activities.
• Malicious code introduced by third parties.

7. Affiliate links (Viator)

Some activity links published on the Site are Viator affiliate links (Viator, Inc., a Tripadvisor company). When you tap one, you leave Aventurator and complete the booking on Viator's site. Viator is the counterparty to that booking and applies its own contractual, payment and cancellation terms.

If the booking is completed, Aventurator receives a commission from Viator, at no additional cost to you and without changing the price shown by Viator. Aventurator does not take part in the booking, does not collect the price of the activity and is not responsible for its delivery when the booking is made through Viator; the contract is between you, Viator and the relevant operator. Affiliate links are identified as such in the Site's interface.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

Spanish law. Courts of Arrecife (Lanzarote), unless consumer law mandates the consumer's domicile. Aventurator is not currently adhered to a consumer arbitration scheme (Art. 21 Law 7/2017), without prejudice to the user's right to the Canary Islands Consumer Arbitration Board. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025(Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealing Regulation (EU) 524/2013), so it is no longer available.
